I don't think you are being greedy in any way. I'm sorry if i sounded that way to you, somehow. Trying to keep up with this tread. seems to be popular, somewhat. i may have overlooked something i said earlier.
Also when i play red, i ALWAYS mod in a Meowth as starter. Persian is so bad-ass, IMO

yeah, i drew her today on paper and then scanned the paper into gimp 2.10 and i have a program on my android tablet called Sketchbook. copied her over and an hour later, i have this lovely drawing of one of my two favorite ladies from FFVIII.
thanks for the compliment. i've never heard someone say my art looks like it's from newgrounds. been putting stuff up on deviantart for two years. i can link you over to my gallery if you want me to.

You were one of my first replies @MasterEn on that "He-Man Game" thread. It was my very first thread on my very first forum that i just didn't lurk on. I was very grateful for it all- still am!
you're welcome. glad that you are liking it. i have another quistis drawing in my line up to work on. if you like it, you might have 2 drawings to swap between whenever you want to. it'll be a while before i get to though. i got some art requests to work on as i finish up my final fantasy ladies collection of drawings.
shouldn't be too long before i get to her and the other lovely lady that i have sketched out for the number 8 game babes. i'm mostly trying to get back on track and getting things done. i'll let you know when i get those drawings done.
you ain't being greedy with a meowth on your team. in the first gen games, meowth was the only way to get more money once all trainers have been beaten. the elite four was your only option after that in the red version.

Even I was like "Wow, this is really powerful...." on that one. (No internet at the time.) I got the little thing cause I have a secret love for snakes. I thought "Oh Cool! A little snake pokemon. Loved-to-death how he looked in original series, and that Jessie had one. <3 <3 Thus my love for Team Rocket began.
PPL say that "Wrap" is broken in original red, and i can see why they say that. but i actually don't think it was mean to be that way, knowing how "constrictor type" snakes are in the wild. Game Freak(?) seemed to just want to try and emulate that snake aspect, and they did that well, IMO. It's not Ekans fault he is just OP from the start. He's a snake after all <3 <3 Plus ekans=snake/ arbok=kobra. That's just too rich.
I kept always kept a Magikarp, Butterfree and Ekans in my party during my first playthough. every other pokemon got traded out, but not those 3! They were my stars! Still my fav. 3 pokemon to this day. I like getting Magikarp to Gyrados too, but there is some purposeful, innocent, bliss about trying to use Magikarp.
I'm assuming it represented "Carp Type" fish. I LOVE Japanese Koi Fish to death. (which i THINK Koi fall under, but i could be wrong) They are so beautiful to me, and their J art is just beyond words. I'm in love with their mythologies and what they represent.
The only tattoo I ever really considered getting was a jumping Koi fish sleeve. I never did though. Still love em though. Easily my all time favorite fish.
And Butterfree is just a bad-ass, IMO. I Love buttterfiles!!!, but "sleep spore", "poison spore", "stun spore" and CONFUSION at low levels, Is just gravy! ALWYAYS my gym trainer battle starter, never had too much trouble. I mean WTAF, CONFUSION on a flying, bug type!? at @lv. 12 or something!? PPL consider it one of the worst, but IDK why. Confusion by itself carried me though to the end of the game, and was my ultimate slog battle go-to. SO OP, IMO and so fun and rewarding watching some butterfly simply cut through the hoard. LOL

So this just happened to me. It's too hilarious not to share, and is thread related:
I just had this dream where I was checking this Pokemon thread, when I noticed a message from @Zerpina that contained a hyperlink. Upon simply scrolling over it, I got blasted with an actual, real-life, hose sized dose of "Water Gun" attack. All to the face, and cartoony just like in the first American series. It knocked me out of my computer chair, and on to the floor- where it kept drenching me in the face.
I just sat there, and simply thought to myself:
"Wow, that's amazing! How did @Zerpina do that!? She must have such talent as a programmer!"
