it's good to have always inclusion when you can, no matter what "status" they are. Having a member on the inside can prove to be very beneficial to furthering Team Rocket well into the future.

ah, that's why psychic types were broken. idk mr. mine was psychic. i didn't use internet around the time i played my original red pokemon, but i LOVED my broken Ekans I found!

I love broken gen. 1 psychic types! @Prism_Red Mr. MIme, bonjour!

you would not believe how broken the first 2 gens are.
ultra balls are worse than great balls.
ghost is supposed to be supper effective against psychic, it wasn't never coded in.
bug is strong against psychic, but only one move does decent damage, pin missile is learned only by 2 pokemon. beedrill and jolteon. so, you either get stab bonus and be ko'ed in one hit, or get durability at the cost of damage.
the love ball in gen 2 does the opposite of what it says. it's supposed to work on pokemon of the opposite gender. it only works if the mon in question is of the same gender as yours.
one ball only works on pokemon that evolve using burn heal. no pokemon evolves with that item.
and soooooo much more.

i've only played gen 1. There is a youtuber i like to watch from time to time who purposely soft-locks Pokémon games then tries to find any bizarre way to escape. he talks a lot about how broken gen 1 was. IDK about ultra balls being worse though. that seems really funny to me for some reason.

they have a 25% chance of catching a pokemon unless it has a status effect placed on it. then it's like 50 or 70, something around that range. you're not very likely to have access to such a thing late in the game, especially if you are a kid playing the game.
when you're a kid, the rule is: if it don't do damage, then it's worthless.

i'm really looking forward to that drawing! i love tauros too! in the original series didn't ash release his butterfree? Also, butterfree is faster than an abra, when you can 1st get an abra.

you ain't being greedy with a meowth on your team. in the first gen games, meowth was the only way to get more money once all trainers have been beaten. the elite four was your only option after that in the red version.
i had the red version. not important to this conversation. just a fun fact. : )
