Realistically I don't think Smart TV's from like 2016 have mics, but ones from the past like 6 years, absolutely.

Also, why do these youtubers fear monger with this stuff but never mention the in-your-face detail of...

Your phone is listening to you, all day, while it's sitting in your sweaty, dead-skin filled pocket. Everything you talk about, everything you desire, it hears, and understands. And it's been going on for... 20 odd years...

Legitimately though, I'm glad people are talking about this stuff more freely since some certain files hit the internet. I just wish it didn't take so long for the masses to realize what they've been ignoring for years and years.
