I'm okay with the rail shooters, and Orta shows how good one of those games can look on even 20 year-old hardware, but I agree. There's just something about Saga. Even with Saturn textures being chunky and wobbly, it was just such a neat presentation and atmosphere. I don't regret selling many of the things I've sold over the years, but that's one of them. A few years back I had debated buying a copy that was at Pink Gorilla in Seattle for $1000, and I finally decided, "I know this is a bad decision, but you know what? I'm gonna just go do it." So I got there and a guy had bought it the evening prior, I had spent too long pondering the decision. In hindsight, kinda glad I didn't drop that much on a single game, even if I do think it's really great, heh.
