First, which Batman as there are several. Second, So basically when a female's egg accepts and male's sperm, it becomes fertilize and then starts to divide and multiply, after the gestation and the fetus has grown mature then it travels from the uterus and out the vagina and the baby is then considered born(normally as not always the case). I am not a DC fan nor a knowledgeable person regarding Batman, but as far as I know, his parents were killed when he was 8 years old. Did you mean if his parents were dead, how he was raised?
