When you say "those game websites", you mean like a flash game website?
Exactly!

OK PEOPLE THIS IS IMPORTANT
I can't seem to recall an old ass game I used to play on my PC, it was one of those early games from the 2000s that you could play on those game websites, and it's basically a space station game where you have to find your way through the milky way, battling other enemy stations between humans and two other races of aliens, one really biological and one really technological. The game had different ships that your stations can send like drones, bombers, cruisers (light and heavy) and battleships to send so that you can fight the enemy ships and then destroy the enemy space station. I don't know how to properly describe the genre of the game, I hope that this information of mine can properly help...
Guys
I FOUND IT
It's Spacecraft, the game made by Kongregate!

Hi all, when I was a child (over thirty years ago), I played a handheld which is only for a specific game. I don't know if this handheld is famous or not or traded outside of my local area.

This game is a maze-like. I controlled the character which is astronaut-like. After killing a monster, find an exit to left. Under my impression, in order to kill the monster, I have to find two boxes. If I face the monster without boxes, gameover, so better to avoid before finding the boxes. The monster will not stick an area and may move over time. If I find the two boxes and face the monster, my impression is keeping pushing buttons to kill the monster.

The screen has a direction cursor (up is moving forward; left is turning left; right is turning right; down I forgot, maybe moving backward). There are black dox sometimes on the direction cursor which mean there are boxes or a monster nearby. If black dox disappear, it must be monster moving a bit far way.

It was a very fun and memorable game, but I wonder it is known. That handheld was bought/given by my father.

Thanks for your time for reading.

I remember when I was kid, I had a psx cd, with three fighting games: Soul blade, bloody roar 2 and another one which is the game a cant remember. It was a fighting game where the characaters can fly on an environment 3D. That's all I remember. I hope you can help me with it. I have been trying to remember what was its name for several years now.

Guys, I'm pretty good at sleuth work... I solved some music mysteries in 2021 and I helped people find stuff on forums like r/TOMT and others... I also solved my own personal mysteries after over a decade...
Last year or so I was active in the Flashpoint Discord, and we would help each other find games that we'd forgotten about...
I'll be going through the posts on this thread, maybe I can help someone here.

@Judier mentioned a spacecraft game, I thought that was an RPG (?) series that I found the other day, but apparently it isn't... glad they found the answer.

Where are you from? I know there were some unique handheld games from Russia, though I'm not an expert on the topic.

Would it be Psychic Force by any chance?

No prob. I had no clue about this game but I got the answer in like 5 minutes after searching keywords.

Does anybody know this browser MMORPG that used RPG Maker XP sprites?
It was like an indie project and was in English. I played it around 2007. I remember I had an archer character that had green hair, pale skin and she wore clothing with green details as well. The picture they used showed her full body. She was an elf.
You could choose other classes/characters, but I can't recall any details about them.
There may have been a lava dungeon.
I don't remember anything else about it... it was somewhat obscure. There were hundreds of players but most people didn't know about its existence. I probably discovered it through an ad on a website...

EDIT: I think I managed to find a sprite of the character in question. It's definitely one of the default assets from the program.

Yeah the game from my childhood is this one, i'll link it up for you
Such a good game, I literally played through it in like 2 games, it's been a blast with the campaigns and so forth.

Uhhhh ok so there’s this fat Italian plumber who has to save a princess from an evil lizard/turtle something something.

I need help finding this Sonic Flash game. I remember there being a bitter sweet anime like opening with some sort of music. It looks like the sun is rising or setting and Sonic is doing something (I can't really remember.) And when you start the game it acts kinda like a dungeon in the original legend of Zelda. Unfortunately that's about all I remember about it. Any help is appreciated.

Ain't that one of the Sonic RPG's? Like fr I think it was just named Sonic RPG

Hmm. Would it happen to be Final Fantasy Sonic X?

I don't think that is it but the opening seems similar, just not the game itself

I tried looking up many Sonic RPG's but I couldn't find it. I also don't think it was an RPG because if I remember correctly you couldn't change your character.

Hello all! I am searching for a games that seems easy to find but isn't so much:
First, the game is purely an Asteroid Clone from 1995 to 2002 so I must have played it on Windows 98 or windows 2000 I would say, I think I lost the game because It was maybe not compatible with Winxp/win7. you have a ship and destroy a lot asteroids via fire, I can't remember if there was special weapons or not. The thing I remember, it had amazing blowing visual effects and was very speedy like Jeff Minter would do like in Tempest 2000/4000. It was quite light in hd space, not more than 200MB. The music was really good, many blowing colors!!
I searched on youtube but despite watching around 200 clones, couldn't find it! It was fun to play!
It's not blasteroid, superstardust, asterax, not mutant storm (but alike).

I remembered once seeing and hearing about a really advanced nes game that was late in the console's life cycle and developed by ex-mega man developers. tried finding it again some time after and got no luck.

I have one that's bugged me for years. Way back from the 1980s before the NES, during the dark times after the video game crash, only places where I lived you'd see any games were arcade machines inside Chucky Cheese's. This one is one of those laser disk type games.
A sit down cabniet, live action FMV game where you drive. I think you play as a cop and you chase criminals, as I remember one red trans am, trying get away from me. Its live action video, not animated; its not Road Avenger.

I remember COPS had a sit-down cabinet with an FMV car chase, but that would have been the 90's.

Was it actually released? Might have had a mythology based name? Very detailed backgrounds? I'm so helpful. 😓

Wait... Was it Little Samson?

Hum... this one is interesting. I used to love all the old Laserdisc/FMV games and kind of still do. Thought I played most of the ones released in the 80's but I cannot at all remember such a game. l assume we are talking around 1985?

My first thought when I read your description was Taito's Chase HQ, but of course that one is not FMV and released a bit later.

I do remember a Laserdisc futuristic bike game from I believe Williams, but not cars. Also there is a racing game from Sega (I believe) released on MSX Laserdisc. Then of course there are old VHS games and such.

Do you remember anything else about it?

I thought about it some more, pretty sure you are talking about Street Viper?

Wanted to say yes, but years wrong. Chased a trans am, red or perhaps maroon, (definitely not a viper) think car had the bird on hood. It was around the mid 80s, the NES wasn't out in the US yet. Adults would call games "stupid" after games were being wiped out, being "uncool." Would hear stuff like that while I sat down playing having time of my life, rather play this game than ski ball and other games Chucky Cheese had.

The Driver, maybe?

there was this dsi game i used to play when i was a kid. it was a fashion game where you would pick out clothes for customers. i thought it was style savvy, but i'm almost certain it was less anime. for some reason, i remember the style of one specific brand logo in the game. i recreated it as best i can for reference.
