I know people are like do this do that get a job get out there get things done. 1 day your gonna realise that rest recovery and reflection are actually more important than the grind(for the people telling you to be busy all the time). It took me a long time to realise what was more important and thats putting yourself first. Self care 100%.

Sei que as pessoas dizem para você fazer isso, fazer aquilo, arrumar um emprego, sair por aí e realizar as coisas. Um dia você vai perceber que descanso, recuperação e reflexão são, na verdade, mais importantes do que a correria (para aqueles que dizem para você estar sempre ocupado). Levei muito tempo para perceber o que era mais importante, e isso é priorizar a si mesmo. Autocuidado, 100%.
