I am not gonna touch retro gaming until 2035

we'll be scavenging for games in the post apocalypse; I'll buy you sonic adventure for 400 caps and a rad-away

I wanted to say this is how I view the post-apocalyptic future with Nintendo
and Shigero Miyamoto instead of Sauron ruling with the all-seeing eye, but
apparently this is only next Monday

You certainly should always mix things up when it comes to games. If you play just the same type of game all the time, you run the risk of burning yourself out of something you enjoy. (This goes for movies, books, TV and everything else really). All that to say, i support your decision! Maybe just don't be too rigid with it, allow yourself to cheat every now and them if something catches your eye. (Also not related to the post: but Fla Rules Flu drools, opps said too much hehe)

Splatoon is literally a Post Apocalypse game, and it looks like a mid 2000 SAT-AM cartoon lol.
