I've been playing retro games my whole life and I love them. They're from a time when financial incentive was much lower so creative freedom was much higher.
But I'm getting tired of them. As I play PC Engine and SNES and Saturn games more and more, I keep finding little flaws and annoyances. I don't wanna burn myself out.
SO. Since next year I'm starting college anyway, and I won't have time for playing on Retroarch all day anymore, and I'm generally tired of retro gaming, I decided to do something interesting:
I've archived my Retroarch install and I'm not gonna touch it (or my retro consoles) until 2035. Until them all I can play is modern games and remakes of old games.
I'm doing this so as to expel myself from my comfort zone and force me to play things I never would, and also so that when I finally return to ol' reliable it feels fresh again.
Wish me luck!

Playing no games and reading books or watching movies would be a better choice than playing most modern games and demakes em sorry I meant of course remakes.
