This thread is an OpSec nightmare. Shame on all of you! (joking)
When posting in public spaces like this, it's honestly best to keep it pretty vague for the most part. There's a lot of users who you're probably never going to speak with on a personal level who will see your posts. I don't want people that I would never interact with in a personal way to know personal info about me, and with what I've learned by watching InfoSec presentations, it's just not a good idea to share anything too personal in public.
Like the most you'd maybe want to share are first name, country or age. There's not a lot someone can do with them alone. Together, there's a decent amount. Try to not post anything about local happenings that someone could research and then pinpoint that you live near the town where "that thing" happened. There's not really a risk of someone going and targeting/doxing you for no reason unless you're prolific. That, or you'd have to really piss them off.
With this all being said, if I'm friends with you, you'll get to know a lot about me. I really don't like impersonal relationships. So it's more of an "at my own discretion" kind of situation.
