OláHello everyone I like the English language I want to learn English there are job vacancies in the world But I don't know which game I can start playing to learn English. Does anyone have a suggestion for a GBA game I can play so I can learn. I can already read the basics. If anyone wants to help me?

Anything; if you are young enough. I learned english basically when I started playing video games, but specifically PS1 as a kid. Someone pointed out some words and I just started to fill in the blanks with repetitious enforcement and soon enough I became Californian, apparently. Internet of course filled in more later on and now I am reverse dyslexic where I write some insane shit even I go "the f?" at after the fact.

TL;DR: Anything, really. Just "bathe" and use something to look up words if you feel like it. "Bathing" is really a great way to learn a language and Video games is a unique thing that can fill you with both written and spoken words.

Qualquer coisa; se você for jovem o suficiente. Alguém apontou algumas palavras e eu comecei a preencher as lacunas com reforço repetitivo e logo me tornei californiano, aparentemente.

EUI'm 17 years old but I can already read. The problem is that I don't know if I'm good. I'm from Brazil. Do you think that a person my age can learn or do you think that learning has an age limit?

I learned rudimentary Japanese (Text) Just by playing a Japanese PS3 game I happen to own. You likely can still get stuff. It is just important to read and write loads of english, even though children have a sponge mode for language.

Anyone can learn a new language, but it generally gets harder the older you are.
17 years old is probably no problem as long as you actively practice!

EUI was playing a Zelda game to learn English and I can now read the texts without stuttering, this is progress.

I assume GBA can also run GameBoy Color games so my recommendation would be Soul Void. Its a modern homebrew game with amazing art and pretty deep story that can teach you new words and how to use them in serious way, I guess. I learned English on PS1 games personally so its hard to recommend games from other systems.

MasBut thanks anyway, I use the emulator because I'm a poor guy who doesn't have money to buy the retro video game that is very expensive that people stab and Big n console I can already read In English without stuttering this is good

By my experience, the age isn't exactly the limit as many people have told me. Our limit resides in our brain and the number of words we know. The brain has a limit, the size limit and speed of learning is based on our IQ and the retainability is based on training the brain. Think it as a FIFO queue, you reach your limit, then learn a new word and another word goes out.

I will never believe knowledge does not take up space in our brains like I've been told many times :(

EUI have a philosophy if I have an age in a game because playing the game without not understanding try to read the words to see if you can that's how I can read the texts of the games without stuttering That I can read the same as I can't write like the person who is learning, I learned a simple way that my teacher gave me activities for me to read in English so I could answer

I agree with more or less everything the others have said. There's no real age limit, it depends on your curiosity and desire to learn.
I was already good at English in school, but thanks to the good old games in the '80s, when I was a kid, I improved significantly, also learning new terminology that wasn't covered in school.
In the '90s, when I was in my early 20s, thanks to a Japanese friend of mine and the PS1, I learned some Japanese (here in Italy, PAL games always came out too late, so I used to import the JP and US ones).
As I said, there's never a real limit, it all depends on us. So, as someone said, any game would be fine for the purpose: the only advice is that maybe you could start with games with little text, and then gradually increase until you get to titles with a lot of text, like RPGs.

So, you are Brasileiro... De onde cé vein? ;->

NóIn the hottest place in the world in the hottest region of Brazil but seriously can you give me some recommendations of games for me to learn that are in your time so I can learn
