Just to clarify, you can post trans characters not only from video games but from other pieces of media (such as Anime/Manga/Comic Books/TV Shows/Western Animation/Books/Movies/etc.)

Yes it is, and let's just say Wario "would" be very supportive of everyone, regardless of their gender identity or pronouns.

There doesn’t seem to be very many, but I’ve always liked Birdo’s design a lot, and her funny trumpet voice (if she counts?). It’s pretty unique even for a Mario character.

The fact she was integrated from a different game probably has a lot to do with it, although it really developed within the Mario franchise.
