Greatest locations in video games?

Balmora from Morrowind for sure for me. It felt so lived in and was always enjoying coming back whenever I was in the area.

I really like the stockyards from Abe's Oddysee. It made the Magog Cartel's reach and power feel incredibly big, going from being trapped inside Rupture Farms to getting outside, and realizing that Abe isn't any closer to escaping.
