Ok, I tested Pokemon Crystal on the emulator and it didn't save at all. You can use Save State but I know that some games need regular saves for some extra content.

This game didn't have multiplayer not even in the original GBC. And no, no multiplayer support.

These are impressive but I dare someone to make one of these with all the Pokemon hacks for GB/GBC/GBA on them. You'd probably need multiple PS2 discs tho.
