This is a simple hack of Garou Densetsu Special (Japanese version of Fatal Fury Special) for the Sega CD that swaps it's soundtrack for the arranged version found in the Neo Geo CD release. Now we need to combine this with a translation hack and we will have the definitive edition .. for a Sega Console.

It's probably easy to do, specially since the hard work of porting the soundtrack to the SCD version is already done.
