Gaming = waste of time/life?

I've noticed that if you enjoy playing games and not bring up the thought of "i'm wasting time", then it's not a waste of time.

HOWEVER if you do, take a step back and ask yourself what you wanted to have done with that video gaming time instead. Did you want to do something else? Drawing? Visting friends? Home repairs?
Personally when i'm feeling like that it's because I want to do some drawing studies, but that requires a large amount of effort and commitment, something thats not so steep when playing games.
That and I need to attend a wedding in three weeks time and i've not got anything to wear omg I gotta get SOMETHING NOW.

Exactly, the game itself is also a task, in a leisure perspective certainly, because concretely you accomplish nothing materially speaking, and so it should be understood like all other pastimes that provide pleasure...

Everybody gets older and body health in decline fast, visual, motion, brian will function no more.
If you dont know by now Gaming Saves Life, it exercise like wholistic fitness for olds.
I 'exercise' like 12hrs a day to stay fit.

If I weren't gaming, I would just be filling the time with other time-wasting activities like TV or reading. Can't really expect to be productive all the time and take videogames away, I'd still be unproductive.
