Kid Icarus Uprising has been great so far. I was an 3DS early adopter (sadly) but for some stupid reason I skipped out on this one. Were it not for the iffy ground controls (I don't mind the rail shooter sections) it would be an all-timer.

Ishin no Arashi on the NES, which got a playable English translation. The US have showed up in their big ass boats around 1850-ish and it's upto you to unite a divided Japan under a single ideology.

Today I progressed some more in the Samurai Shodown RPG game for Neo-Geo CD. I know you can turn it off in options, but I really enjoy doing the move command motions haha.

I don't know how long this game is so I have no idea how far I am in comparison to the end, but I am enjoying it, it is pleasant.

turns out i hadnt replayed Strider 2014 in about 9 years so i did a fast run through to also get the last remaining achievement for clearing under 4 hours. still a blast of a game with a lot of finesse and just plain great feel to its control. knockback on enemies gets a bit brutal in the late game and the gravity gimmick of the final boss is just plain bad, but i still thoroughly enjoyed a solid 80% of it. would probably fare even better next time when i'm not in a hurry either.

Bought Fantasy Life i: The Girl Who Steals Time for the Nintendo Switch and am getting started with it so far.
Was planning on getting it on sale, but after seeing most of my friends getting it, I ended up not wanting to miss out.

Bloody new game vibes....

I relapsed and am back in Vice City making a living as a paramedic again. In this town, it makes for great cardio ;)

Today I played more of Suikoden 2 (the Remastered version this time). I just obtained my Headquarters.

Taking a break from 'Remote Control Dandy'. I've been enjoying it, but it's also stressing me out. I know I'm not supposed to hit the building! I'm trying! (screen shot is when I tried everything to not hit that gosh darn building only to end up wrecking it anyway) ::nervous-prinny

I feel so bad for the Mc, he's 12, got stuck in a terrorist attack, then forced to carry an entire company on his shoulders, well, everyone yells at him.

Higurashi. I've had Higurashi and Umineko on my mind recently, so I went in and started Higurashi. Enjoying it so far.

I somehow have never played Fall Guys until recently and it's pretty fun.

Today? Castlevania: Portrait of Ruin.
As of when I'm typing this, I'm on the Medusa boss fight.

started a new playthrough in pillars of eternity. this time i WILL be finishing the game i and MEAN it

Monster Hunter Wilds on PS5 which I usually play a bit every day.

I'm alternating between loving Kid Icarus Uprising and wanting to chuck my 3DS across the room in rage.

This afternoon I played this game I discovered some days ago thanks to the PCE mascot thread on here. It's only like an hour long and the controls are uncomfortable, but I like the vibe

Dark Souls and Etrian Odyssey Nexus

Just started Metaphor: Refantazio, I'm liking what I see so far. Also Control is waiting in the wings. The retro classics on Gamepass is pretty cool, a little questionable emulation however
