Although it's not one that I've played on my childhood, this song for some reason makes me feel really nostalgic. Probaly because I was a SEGA boy. It brings me warm memories.

I don't know if Snes Station was popular outside South America, but it was a SNES emulator for PS2 that lives on many brazilian hearts.

Speaking about hearts...

I really love the nostalgia of running down pedestrians!

Ballad of the Wind Fish

Star Ocean 3's battle music. I played this game way too much(granted I was a teenager, but meh)

Ocarina of Time's Spirit Temple music. They didn't need to go this hard.

Anything from the Castlevania:Aria of Sorrow OST, really. I 100% this game without a guide.

Chrono Trigger, being the first game I ever completed, and only being like 10 years old, makes the entire game nostalgic for me. But if I had to choose one song from that game, it's Yearnings of the Wind. I remember I was blown away when I first heard it. Hard choice though, there's so many good songs in this game, I could be here all day.

Earthbound was the first RPG I played, but I got stuck a lot, so it took me until I was 12 years old to beat. I remember at the end I walked all the way from Saturn Valley with Paula to her home, and then walking all the way to Ness' home alone. Just reminiscing while listening to... this song, I think? It doesn't quite sound how I remember, but that might be just because it was years ago.

Another game I have a lot of nostalgia for is Mother: Cognitive Dissonance, of course since I beat it at 13 years old. It's the only full-length RPG I've beaten twice. When I first saw the scene with Alinivar and his band playing To the Future, it filled me with emotions I couldn't describe. What an experience to have.

Amulet Adventure from Spongebob's Atlantis Squarepantis. I remember as a kid renting the game at Blockbuster on the Wii. The game wasn't as strong as Battle for Bikini Bottom gameplay wise, but this music has stuck with me ever since I first heard it all those years ago. The music has a feeling of melancholy to it, along with a touch of playfulness.

This two songs from Need For Speed Underground and Underground 2

TNT from Tony Hawk Pro Skater 4

And "No one knows" from NHL 2003

A few off the top of my head:
