DON'T FORGET TO READ THE READ ME INCLUDED!

Frater, or The Chosen: Well of Souls as it's known in other areas, is an Action RPG that has some Diablo elements mixed in with a bit of a focus on having summonable creatures to help you combat the enemys of the game that tend to have a lot of HP and pack a bit of a punch. My friend grff put this one together so thank you a ton for that!

Enjoy!

All three of them(Konungs) are on GOG. I can tell because I "own" them there, unless I misunderstood something.
I simply meant to say that the english version on gog sucks, but I worded it poorly so it sounds like I am saying only the first game is on gog.

Huh, this is by the same dev as Grom: Terror in Tibet. I've always had curiosity for these games. I don't have time to test it right now, but it definitely looks cool. Thanks for the upload as always.

Also sorta unrelated, but you know a game I'd like to see? Konung. The first game is on GOG but the english version kinda sucks, it eventually crashes when the soundtrack is on and there's no widescreen mods and whatnot, and Konung is a game that would really benefit from wider view area. But not sure if anyone will ever bother messing around with that game.

Hey, sorry it was a while getting back to you, a lot of stuff has been going on!
I experienced the black image after converting a .tga like you said, however I used (is posting link allowed?) jumpshare and successfully saved an image after, here's proof!
Awesome, thank you!

I'll have a look at the screenshot thing tomorrow, no guarantees but I'll let you know!
So interesting situation. Screenshots for the game are saved as .tga files which is inconvenient but not the end of the world. Upon converting them to .jpg or .png, they just show a black image. Unsure if the screenshot process is inherently broken in the game or if those files just really don't like being converted. Shame because I wanted to share some of my progress with some friends. Is that something fixable somehow?

I just finished the Forest/Werewolf section and it felt fine. I'm playing as an Occult Monk so mainly just hanging back and casting spells, so I imagine that's not much different than playing at range with guns. I just kept the Golem out and he kept them busy while I slowly whittled them down. Balance seems fine overall on Normal difficulty anyway.

Oh holy crap, Ross from Accursed Farms did a video on this game. It has "legendary" voice acting. Amazing to see it on here.

How's the difficulty? I remember playing it a few years ago with the gun lady...can't get past the level with werewolves...i think there was a patch that fixed the difficulty?

I rawdogged that GOG version and it was a fiasco. Had to spam paranoia saves because of the constant threat of crashes and it was missing some serious quality of life adjustments. 2 and 3 were slightly more stable but the quality in the series drops off hardcore as it progresses. I think that the first game is the best, but it is indeed a really rough experience because of how technologically restricted it is. Someone modding it to be stable and more comfortable to play would be so appreciated but chances it'll ever happen are super low.

It has surely some nice gfx, never read/heard of it. Thanks. ::thumbsupwario

Although it worries me a bit the game seems to have a 800x600 resolution. Are there others?
You should be able to change the resolution in-game, as well as using the included dgvoodoo, although depending on your screen you might end up with very long or wide characters people, haha.
