Currently I am enjoying this running series by William Osman and a few other of his friends. I'm a pretty big nerd about engineering stuff so its cool to see all of these people together.

KYDB has some very cool content on 2000s otaku culture in Asia, a personal favorite is this one on Haruhi bootlegs.

AnimEigo in general does some awesome work with Blu-rays. They also have a interview series with some of the early pioneers of bringing anime to the west.

I adore Dungeon Chills content in general but I think this video on Suda51 is a highlight.
