Favorite Condiments and Toppings

Yo if you have Burger King where you live, check out their buffalo sauce. I horde that shit and dip pretty much everything in it.

Ketchup.

I have it with everything... even tomatoes XD
Funny story, my father actually has a phobia for ketchup, so we almost never had it in our house growing up. Like, he could detect it like a bloodhound and if he noticed someone was eating it or caught a whiff of it, he had to escape to another room ?
I only really like it on hotdogs myself, or on hamburgers if it's not the only condiment because I think it tends to take over the taste if it's by itself!

Hot Sauces ????

ketchup, spicy mustard, hot sauce, tabasco sauce, pepperoni, salami, sausage, hot sausage, capicola, ham, honey ham, any kind of ham, souls, jalapenos, banana bell peppers, habaneros, ghost peppers, bell peppers [red, green, yellow, orange] and crushed red peppers.

Mushroom powder is good for anything savory. Besides, too many things lack MSG.

This can be toppings or condiments for whatever you interpret it as, be it for pizza, sandwiches, food, pastries, cakes, whatever!

I get that this is wildly different depending on where you live in the world, which can also be a fun way to learn about different ways of eating.

Where I am from, we eat a lot of "open faced sandwiches", and lately I've been totally addicted to peanut butter. I didn't think I'd enjoy it as much as I do since it's been ages since I had it, but I went through an entire jar in two days which is rare for me since I don't really eat very much, it's so filling and gives me a ton of energy ?
I've also learnt that I prefer smooth peanut butter over chunky.
Well I do love mini marshmallows on my fro yo

I love soy sauce. It makes food salty but in a more exciting way than just salt.

Ketchup is my #1 and always has been. When I was a kid, I used to lay on my bed with a bottle of ketchup and just let it drip into my mouth. I'm not quite as insane anymore but I can and do put ketchup on many MANY things. It does not impress my boyfriend.

Ranch dressing is #2. Has to be Hidden Valley too. I never took it to bed, but most things are not safe from it. It's best use is for making bad pizza edible.

#3 would be sriracha. I'd even argue it goes well with more things than ketchup and ranch. Chili garlic sauce by the same brand is similar and also highly acceptable.

Last but not least, #4 is hot sauce. Cholula is my favorite, but Tapatío and Frank's are also highly acceptable. Really though, I like pretty much any hot sauce as long as it's not swinging it's dick around trying to be the hottest and focuses on flavor instead.

In the end, I'm a fan of most condiments. I love, or at least like, most of them.

But wait, I never thought of peanut butter as a condiment! If that's a condiment, Biscoff spread needs to be mentioned.

Ranch and pineapple on everything!

when it comes to condiments if it's not red/brown im not eating it lol

I live for ketchup/barbecue sauce and hot sauces.

I personaly like combining and mixing sauces together, life's boring with one kind of sauce:
- Mayo + BBQ
- Ketchup + Mustard

And for stuff by itself, Chipotle and some mild spicy sauces are good I suppose. Aoili and Ranch are decent.

I have an ideal version of all sauces I like: Mayo has to be creamy, BBQ has to be sweet and tangy, Mustard has to be sour and bitter. I'm nit-picky.

Oh man, idk if you're a fan of Mexican food but tacos de birria with some salva verde and roja is mind blowing. I ate it last month next to a campfire and dear god... I've never talked about a food item like this before so believe me when I say you have to try it before you die. I'd love to describe it in detail but I won't do it justice.
I still haven't tried any of it since I've never looked for it in stores.
