how do you play this game?

You receive 7 white cards which are known as answer cards to answer a black card which is known as a question card. It goes in order of who took the last shit as who is reading the black card and they choose whichever answer is worse, funniest etc.

how do you play this game?

It's pretty simple. You gather a few people. There are two stacks of cards. The question cards and the answer cards. Everyone draws a bunch of answer cards. Each turn there is one person who draws a question card and places it on the table. Everyone else places what they consider the funniest answer. The person who played the question card picks the answer they find the funniest and if it happens to be your answer you get a point. Play until you're bored.

I'm late to this but the 'smegma' card stays in mind for ever as I had the unfortunate displeasure of playing it and having to explain to everyone what it is.

This was amplified when my brother searched it on his phone and went to images to get jump scared by a graphic image of what 'smegma' is exactly.
