That’s right folks. You’ve just got off work. You were chewed out by your boss, your tickets are still waiting to be cleared, Mike from accounting just wouldn’t shut up about football, and your family and friends are wondering why you aren’t replying to their messages?

But perhaps worst of all, your stomach is growling, and you’re in charge of dinner tonight.

Tacos: brown some ground beef and add seasoning, warm up flour tortillas and a can of refried beans, and shred some cheese. Done and done.

Sandwiches always a safe bet. If you want to get a little more fancy, try tomatoes (BIG ones) stuffed with all sorts of goodies (and baked). Or buns stuffed with all sorts of goodies (and baked, too). Or just slap a slice of cheese on top of a slice of ham and decorate with a slice of pepper :)
