This game is known as 'Necro-Nesia' in Japan. UNDUB Info: Patch by: swosho Source: https://archive.org/details/escape_from_bug_island_undub_patch Notes: The native in-game audio language toggle only switches the very sparse cutscene audio to Japanese, leaving the cutscene lip-sync, SFX voice clips, various dub-exclusive reaction voice clips, and even the ending FMV completely unaffected by the setting. This patch here remedies the aforementioned issues, reverts the localised "Escape from Bug Island" aesthetic/logos back to "Necro-Nesia", dummies-out the duplicate FMVs, and the sole unsubtitled line in the ending FMV is now hardsubbed, too.

Necro-nesia is such a terrible title to this game, especially considering it's not really about anything to do with the undead. "Escape From Bug Island" is cheesy, but eye-catching. And since you spend the first half of the game fight giant insects, arachnids, and other arthropods, it's also much more apt.
