EA announced an in-game ad platform

I have a bad feeling that other AAA companies are going to follow what EA is doing and inject ADs into their own games.

Just watch... It's inevitable.
 
If the ads were unintrusive like in Prototype I wouldn't care. If they're going to run tickers across the screen, and pause for commercials, I don't see it lasting too long.
