Duckstation online Co-op

Yes, I've used the rollback build of DuckStation to play Tekken 3 online, so I assume you can do that with other games.

However, if you're close to your friend, I suggest you use Parsec. It's much simpler and easier to use
Parsec works better for desktop sharing, like an alternative to Teamviewer or AnyDesk, but for gaming I would recommend Moonlight over it. Also, it does not depend on the Parsec servers, Moonlight works as a Host / Server direct from one computer to the other, and the image quality when there is a lot of movement has more quality in Moonlight. That would make it harder to configure yes, but worth it.

But that's my experience, maybe it's good to try both and decide :)
