Wii Remote pointing and waggling are required to play this game. You can pretty much map everything to mouse or to controller/keyboard keys on Dolphin though, but the experience might not be optimal. I've always had the urge to play this game but I no longer own a wii. Is it possible to get a workable controller profile on dolphin? Anyone try this game on a handheld?

I was just today talking to my gf about setting up my Wii to play some of these games, but my cat bit the cable and now I'm going to fix it up somehow later.

Lol ahh, sheesh... one of my cats has an issue where he tries chewing up everything. I ended up putting these plastic protector things over a bunch of my cables, but he's already wrecked a bunch of stuff, plus left a big dent in my Steam Deck's analog stick biting it, and chewed the side of my DS case and stuff. It's fun having to always be conscious to keep everything away from him

The dub of this game was actually mostly good, at least for the main characters speaking a lot like Fleurette

thats why i love dragon quest's dubbing
the mild stereotypes add so much charm to the characters look at Yangus for example

I really enjoy all DQ localization efforts Square did since DQ8. They not only made a reference bible for future translations, but they also do all the work in UK to diferentiate the game from Final Fantasy.

Hey, a bit off-topic but somehow the NES Dragon Warrior games are still missing here in the Repo.
It's easy to find, but would be cool to have it here. They also all have delocalization patches by Translation Quest (IV was released recently ^_^)

Gonna work on that when I've finished working on all the availables Wii undubs. I'll probably post them all at once.

(My local videogame store had a Zelda Edition Wii U in what looked like mint condition for only like $200 and I keep regretting not just trading in some games for it or something)
