Yep. :)
As a matter of fact, I still have ALL of the consoles I've ever owned. Including all of the games I've ever bought.
From my GameBoy Colour (which I saved my pocket money for, I got it dirt cheap too), all the way to my PS4 (which was a birthday present). Boxes, manuals, and all. Needless to say, I'm a bit of a hoarder... but at least I can go around calling it a collection nowadays. :D
Surprisingly, it's my newer consoles that are falling apart, while my old ones are in perfect working condition. Go figure.
Which is the reverse of the controllers by the way. Modern controllers seem to last forever, while the controllers from back in the day, would last all of two seconds. And it can't be because of me, because like I said, all of my handhelds are in perfect working condition (well except for my 2DS, because the power button broke, but that's Nintendo getting cheap with parts).
( Although the first "gaming device" I played on, was my dad's Amiga. He unfortunately threw that away because it broke. So I don't have that. :( )
