In a recent interview with the Financial Times, Bob Iger admitted that he was on verge of buying the infamous social network, but backed out on day of deal because he considered it a distraction from Disney's core business.

How beneficial would this have been for Twitter if the purchase had gone through?

I can't believe I'm saying this but the sheer idea of this makes the Musk buyout look like a 2-in-1 Ihop Applebees in comparison
