the psx version of MediEvil is one of my all time favorite retro games, ive played it through at least 30 times, it has a really pretty and shiny ps4 remake that ive also played several times over (which you can unlock the og in) but my one point of kinda contention and its really not points against the game but since it improves the controls of the og, it accidentally makes the game way easiser

I really loved the remake, though the moment I started it up I changed the controls to the classic ones as the new controls completely threw off my muscle memory
