You know what's funny? In the recent Evangelion movies, the director and animators stated that they won't make nude scenes like these anymore, because the characters were minors. And instead what do they do? They portrait the same characters from before in a lot of sexualized poses and closes ups on their bodies, but no nude scenes. Japan being Japan as always
