Not really a topic I know much on, but I pulled out my copy of SEGA Rally and I just noticed how many times the word “SEGA” is on it.

It’s on there nine times. Once where the company logo usually goes, once on the system logo, once on the giant “SEGA Sports” banner at the top, A WHOPPING FOUR TIMES IN THE GAME LOGO ITSELF, and then once on the seal of quality, which they have the audacity to surround with a single use of the word SEGA which tells us it’s an exclusive.

Don’t worry, mate. We can tell. I don’t think even Mom would confuse this for a PlayStation game.

Going by the logo, this game’s name is…

*ahem*
SEGA Rally Championship SEGA SEGA Rally Championship SEGA Saturn International Rally™️

Sloppy work, they could've replace the Castrol ad placement to Sega, there is an empty space down there too it could easily fit 5 Sega logos, and it's lacking a huge sticker that says "Sega presents; home console port of Arcade masterpiece - SEGA Rally Championship SEGA SEGA Rally Championship SEGA Saturn International Rally".

Microsoft Baseball 2000 doesn't look that bad...

But both the CD and actual game where a bare-knuckled fight to the death between Microsoft and MLB to see who could post their logo the most.

hmm. i don't know. 9 times. that's not a whole lot. 12 or more would be a good start. i'm not entirely sure that this is a sega game based on that. i can see all of the letters spelling out playstation.
pretty sure that this is a neo geo game. could be a fan mock up of a sega dreamcast version.

on a more serious note; i think this might have been the result of a bet or something. even nintendo hasn't done this to my knowledge. they put their name on anything so that you know that they were involved. this is past going overboard.
