Melee just has the most soul for the remixes. The composer knew how to make the most iconic themes in the game compared to the less consistent ones (since there are many composers and arrangers).

Listened to Downward Spiral a month or so back, and damn, was it a (emotionally) hard listen. Kickass though! Needs to be talked about more in general, especially given the fact it's a concept album.
