A classic old one, and one of my favourites:

On Revenge of Shinobi, on SEGA Genesis, you can go to options, put 00 shurikens there, wait 20-30 seconds not pressing anything and then the 00 turns into an infinite symbol, that way you have unlimited shurikens on the entire game, makes the game more easier obviously.

I know Save the Earth is better, but it don't got not cheats. And these are really great if you have a fresh save and don't want to unlock all the monsters while you have friends over or something. It should be noted, that these are only applicable with the Gamecube version, not the Xbox.

In GTA (PS1) enter BSTARD for the name to unlock all weapons and levels, along side 99 lives and some extras. In Silent Hill open the options menu and hold R1 and L1 to view the extra options, including the first person like Self View. It makes knifing groaners easier. This is only accessible on a Next Fear game.

Animorphs on Game Boy Color had a level that was cut from the main game that can only be accessed via secret password. It's the only level that lets you play as Ax. Also it's a little buggy.
