Ah yes, the BARACUDA (with one R) cheat. A kind of wordplay you could hardly do on other consoles.

Speaking of wordplays:

In Ecco: The Tides of Time For unlimited life and air, move Ecco left and right, and pause the game while Ecco is facing you (toward the screen). Next, press A, B, Right, A, C, A, Down, A, B, Right, A (Abracadabra). Your health and air will drop to 0 but won't kill you.

Addendum: For Sonic 3 (standalone) there was a really hard cheat code for the level select screen during the opening animation of the game.

Right after the Sega logo's screen darkens and Sonic starts jumping towards the screen, quickly press . This code is notoriously hard to do, due to the weird frame windows, but if performed correctly, the Ring collection sound will play. In the Sonic Jam version of the game the code is entered on the title screen and no precise timing is required. Press twice (or once) to see a "Sound Test" option on the title screen.

I absolutely love that password.

Funnily enough the game would crash mostly because you would've played the game for years and Ridley is technically already killed in that game so you couldn't engage Ridley at all.

Justin Bailey is another classic but isn't based off anyone.

Donkey Kong Country for SNES (and GBA too!)
before starting a new game or a save game, move all the way down to "ERASE GAME" and press buttons in this order: B, A, R, R, A, L. You'll hear a sound confirming it worked. Now start the game and you will have a TON of lives!

Sonic Advance for GBA (play as Sonic and Tails together!)
On the character select screen, press up, right, down, right, L, right, R, right, A.
Now you can play the main game as Sonic and Tails together like in Sonic 2, 3 & Knuckles.

All I can say about cheat codes is that, if Game genie allows me to get rid of time limit (in whatever game that has this feature), I will use it. I feel I can enjoy games better, this way.

Hello comrades gamers!
Could anyone help me to find a proper cheat codes for "Brave Story: New Traveler" (ULUS10279) ?
The problem is with this one:

_C1 No Random Battles
_L 0x20649E78 0x00000000
_L 0x206C9E78 0x00000000

I turn on, but they doesn't work. Other cheats for this game are working, but this two - not. I still have a random battles every ten step inside dungeons/on worldmap.
Help me please, anyone
