Surprisingly, I wasn’t even aware UT took inspiration from CS!

I was thinking of two games, Kero Blaster, which is a really cute little game and was briefly talked about, and Iconoclast, which i didnt finish but it really tickled my fancy.

Do you think that Curly has been partly inspired by Roll from Mega Man because of her blonde hair and red clothes?

I also like the duality between the blue Polar Star of Quote and the Red machine-gun of Curly.

6 buckos, considering it is the Plus rerelease, i can say it is cheap

Same. Even on PC there has been different engines used.

I wish the actual Nicalis version allowed to save on different files so you could fork your files depending on the weapons/ending without having to start all over again (which is my biggest gripe about the game because 3 save slots that cannot be changed unless you start a new game in this file is just a big game design mistake).

Has anyone else played the Genesis port?

Yes, I did in the 0.8.0 but I may redo it in the 0.8.8 someday.
