Last Sunday would’ve been our cat Casper’s 16th birthday. Sadly he (and our other cat Yoshi) passed away in early June.

Don’t let this pic of him trying his best to look proper fool you, he was the most obnoxious cat ever, super blunt, loud and goofy, but also unconditionally loving and sweet. Used to joke that he was actually a dog in a cat’s body.

I know its not Caturday, but I do have rather sad but still really good news.
This little fella here is going to his furever home along with his sister who was raised along side him. His name is Goose and I've been following his little journey for the better part of the past 2 months. When he first came into foster he was so sick he had to use an incubator and couldn't even eat properly. Seeing him grow into a happy healthy kitten was so inspiring, and I just wanted to share the news since by the time caturday does arrive this week him and his sister will already be gone. Anyway the Goose will soon be loose

In other news, I just noticed that goregoregore became 'deleted user 171852'. I don't know if his gluttony for punishment and abuse was just roleplaying or a genuine issue and a cry for help but I hope it's the former and that he's alright out there.
