Sometimes meme funny .I know that posting a meme is easier than trying to debate but at that point every game series ever are fundamentally the same games if you don't take every details into account.

Then again is this an issue to see Ganon as the main antagonist in most of the Zelda games? Or Bowser in the Mario series for that matter? You made me laugh, here's your new Star Fox game. Guess what? we are saving the Lylat System from Andross yet again.
There are no issues, there's nothing to argue about but you seem eager to discuss this. We are just enjoying the fact that the retell the same thing. Which was the question of the thread and the joke. Then again is this an issue.
I'd love to try HCR but I'll have to download the DS collection.Bloodlines and Haunted Castle Revisited are my favorites of the franchise.
So be it. Though get it on a sale, if you must. I didn't regret getting the collection day one just to play that game. I still have not played any of the other games yet. Nor really plan on it at all.I'd love to try HCR but I'll have to download the DS collection.
If I’m not mistaken, they released an official timeline, right?? There was also another YouTuber who explained it too (and yeah, I’m a Zelda fan as well, my friend — we’re in this together).I have the same stance on this as I do with the Zelda timeline. Prove it. Not to you, but to the creator. If they want to claim there is some continuity let them lay down the batshit insane ground work needed to justify that. Otherwise, I'll assume each is its own separate work/universe unless otherwise stated in the narrative.

Man, I got to know the metroidvania style through SOTN, but I ended up preferring the classic ones… seriously. I know exploration is cool and all, but sometimes I just wanna beat the crap out of Dracula and go home, you know?I never followed the timeline that much, because I wasn't interested in the MetroidVania side. I prefer the ClassicVania. I am aware of it, but I don't go that deep into it.

Exactly why I stopped caring for the MetroidVania style, after Circle of the Moon. I do recommend playing Haunted Castle Revisited. It's part of the Dominus Collection.Man, I got to know the metroidvania style through SOTN, but I ended up preferring the classic ones… seriously. Not rack my brain walking back and forth all the time.![]()
I'm saying in game/work. Don't care about external guides/whatever. If something isn't stated in narrative it doesn't exist as far as I'm concerned. If I’m not mistaken, they released an official timeline, right?? Still, I’d say it’s confusing.

OHHHH i get it now! Sorry, The only ones that actually have a connection are Ocarina of Time and Majora’s Mask XD kinda sad, honestly.I'm saying in game/work. Don't care about external guides/whatever. If something isn't stated in narrative it doesn't exist as far as I'm concerned.

oracle of ages and seasons can be made to be sequels to one another through the use of the end of game password. they referrence the events of the other game as a prequel and zelda actually shows up at one point along with the witch twins from ocarina of time and beast ganon as the true final boss.OHHHH i get it now! fwiw the best examples came after Circle of the Moon, I might go so far as saying that's the worst one of those.Exactly why I stopped caring for the MetroidVania style, after Circle of the Moon. I do recommend playing Haunted Castle Revisited. It's part of the Dominus Collection.
Doesn't matter if it's considered the best or worse of them. I still don't like the genre as a whole. Aside from about two exceptions: Strider (2014), and Shadow Complex, if talking about 2D or 2.5D. You can add Shinobi: AoV as it has backtracking for upgrades and at larger levels, as you get further.fwiw the best examples came after Circle of the Moon, I might go so far as saying that's the worst one of those.
