A sidescrolling SHMUP on the SNES that my neighbor had and I would watch him play. It involved controlling a flying robotic wild cat like a Lion or Panther but like Voltron style except they didnt form up. I cannot find it and Google sucks so bad now anytime I try and search it just takes me generic top 10 SHMUP lists.

It's not a shoot'em up but Xardion has a lion/panther-like character you can play as.

  • Você a ajuda a fazer tortas/comida

Title: I'm looking for an old PS2 game with a little girl who talks to animals.

Hello everyone, I'm trying to find a game I played as a child (around 2006-2010) on the PlayStation 2 and I can't find it anywhere.

Here's what I remember:
  • You play as a little girl wearing a hood.
  • The game is in 2D, anime style.
  • She lives in a village where animals can talk (speech bubbles).
  • You can enter the animals' houses.
  • There is a wooded area where you can pick apples.
  • You take the apples to a panda (or bear) who owns a restaurant and wears kitchen clothes.
  • Do you help her make pies/food?
  • Simple search/help missions for animals.
  • The camera is positioned from above or behind the character.
  • You only control the girl, not the animals.
  • It was on a CD, possibly a pirated/compilation/fan-made game.
I've already searched on YouTube and Google, but I haven't found anything. Any help would be amazing!

Is it Mahou no Pumpkin/Castleween?
I already did a bunch of searches based on your description but no exact match, sorry.

Estilo crash bandicoot

Man I spent few hours now trying to figure it out only game that comes to mind where you talk with animals and is anime styled ish. Sadly your not playing as a girl.

Damn, that's some good detective work! Looks pretty close to me, and seems like an interesting game even if it wasn't what OP was thinking of, I have never heard of it.

É Mahou no Pumpkin/Castleween?

Cara, passei algumas horas tentando descobrir.

The worst part of trying to find a game like this is not rely knowing the Genre of the game and the worst possbile part it could be from a demo disc or a hack or home brew.

I have watched this video and not sure I found anything like what you described

Hey everyone.

I'm asking because I've been trying to find a game for years.

I remember it for the nes. But I've searched ROM packs and found nothing.

It was a shooter where a ship moved horizontally, from left to right, (Gradius like) and power-ups changed the ship's firing mechanics.

Similar to Contra.

The one I remember most was two balls (no pun intended) that surrounded the ship and I think protected it from damage if it got hit.

One of the first levels had a rocky background, like flying through the Grand Canyon.

Sorry for the vague memory.

Life Force is as Gradius-like as you can get, it's an actual spin-off. Parodius too.

You're sure it was NES?

SMS had R-Type, PC Engine and Genesis had a million shmups that fit the vague description. Gynoug/Wings of Wor, Lightening Force, Gaiares.

It was a ship? Not a flying character?

Thank you all so much.
Life Force is the closest thing I found to my memory.
Alpha Mission has similar power-ups, but it moves vertically, not horizontally.

Thank you so much, guys, for taking the time and dedication to help a stranger with a glitched memory.

Thanks a lot, bro.
You reminded me of BreakThru.
I loved that game.
I must have been 5 or 6 years old... and I probably never got past the second level, but it was awesome trying to jump over the rubble.

I never owned a SNES.

But I remember playing Mega Drive games, so thanks to your suggestion, I checked out other consoles.

Thunder Force fits my memory perfectly.

There's a power-up that surrounds you.

I'm going to focus my efforts on Genesis titles.

Thanks a lot, bro.

Muchas gracias hermano.

This sounds weird because this isn't a console game but a flash game from the late 2000s/early 2010s and i don't know if it counts but i'm trying my best describing it

So the game was about 2 guys probably from the special forces or military trying to stop a zombie outbreak in the city
The game was in first person kinda like a rail shooter i remember that the first level was in the park and the last levels are in the city and obviously you shoot zombies
If i remember you can play as the other guy changing turns while the other is healing himself
I can't say too much about the artstyle just it's just your typical action flash game from 16 years ago
I remember exactly when you finish the game you get a screen with one of the main guys fighting the zombies while it plays a loop from the song ''What You Know'' from T.I
