I'm not sure I could imagine Bruce Lee winning by a narrow margin but Chuck Norris should not be underestimated either no matter how it turns out, it would probably be very close between the two !

Yes, he was a practitioner. Light sparring/demonstrations/shadow boxing/hitting the bag is not the same as actually going out there to fight others in a competition setting. You'll look way prettier though.

On film, yes. He's one of those guys where his feats were greatly exaggerated to add to his legend. I still love his films though. Nobody fought like him on film at the time. He was way ahead of his time compared to his peers.
