I kind of decided to install full Linux But there are so many Linux. I don't know. What's the best to install?
Well, you know, work some editing video stuff. watch films. And playing some video games in some emulation gamesDepends what your needs are, your level of proficiency and how much upkeep you want to do on the operating system versus how much you value stability. I don't know if there is truly a "best" Linux to be honest because so many distros serve different niches.
It sounds like you are starting out on your Linux journey from how you worded the post, so I'd probably recommend something like Linux Mint, Pop!_OS or Fedora. They are a nice combination of stable, well-supported and versatile operating systems that should fulfill all your requirements for starting out.

If you plan to switch from Windows to Linux backup important files. Linux uses ext4 file system, it does support ntfs. If you want to use both Linux & Windows consider using WSL, https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/wsl/aboutIf I am installing Linux is that mean I'm going to lose all my files?

I would consider either dual boot or WSL. Your choice.
To install Linux or any OS you have to do it on a fresh partition with a file system format that is compatible with it.I decided to install full Linux. This is why I want to know if I'm installing is that mean I going to lose all my files
