I don't know if it can help your case, but it helped me through many hangovers, so it may just work

You're probably sleeping in the booty for too long, try another area. Joke. But for real, stay very hydrated for a day or two. What I mean is, drink more liquids than you usually do. That's what helped me the last time I dealt with this. I'm also ADHD and a few other things except normal. LOL. You'll be okay though, I believe it's like a high OD just without Garfield.
