Romhack made by Credge_1. Nina is given a buff to still be the physically frailest character, but not laughably so. Masters give abilities at 0 levels (you don't need to keep levels low to get all the master abilities now). Doubled rewards from enemies (xp, zenny, drop rates). I download the package and extracted with the .rar extractor for android, worked fine with no errors.

Yeah, it speeds up the pacing so you can get through early game faster

I would say yes. It makes the story flow in a quicker pace, and the challenge is still there. I played it myself a while ago, and it does really helps with the pace.

Ahhh didn't give Ryu a speed buff so it's not too easy nice.

Silly question, but is there no .cue file included for a reason? There is only a .bin file.

No reason in particular, that's how i got the file. A psx cue maker can generate one, if needed.

Maybe i take soms time off to play this again loved the game.
