This is converted to PSP eBoot for use on a custom firmware enabled PSP. You can see what it looks like in the XMB menu from the screenshots I took on my PSP of it.

If you wanna know what firmware I use on my PSP 3000 it's ARK-4. It's the only PSP custom firmware in active development and has a lot of nice features and improvements over the older several years old firmwares. Most notably better plugin management, easy to access custom firmware settings from the XMB, a custom launcher/game library management thing with custom themes, OTA online updates when available, built-in support for WPA2 password protected Wi-Fi (previously the PSP couldn't connect to them), an easy to install setup that can be made permanent or uninstalled easily if you don't end up liking it. For any PSP owner that wants to take theirs further but don't want to use an over a decade old custom firmware I highly recommend it.

I'm by no means an artist and just used an official poster of the game for the background image of the eBoot. If anybody can design a better background that better indicates that this is the Reunion hack version then I'll use it in the post. Just make sure to make the image have a 480x272p resolution for the PSP screen.

To play this on PSP just put the folder from the zip into PSP/Game (while having a custom firmware installed obviously)
