So, this is probably no secret to anyone that has seen my post style, but I absolutely love Star Wars. A huge part of that has always been the games to me. If what you're looking for is recommendations, these would be mine, and I apologize in advance for what is likely going to be a long post:
1. Star Wars Battlefront II (2005): This is one of my most played video games of all time. It might actually be the single game I've put the most playtime into. If you get it on Steam, you'll actually still be able to find a decent playerbase during peak hours to play multiplayer with, but this game also has plenty of singleplayer content to keep you busy for a while. The original is also good, but what I'd particularly recommend if you're open to modding is to find a mod that adds the content (maps, mostly) from the first game into the second.
2. KOTOR 1 & 2: These games are absolutely fantastic and have some of the best storytelling you can find from Star Wars games. Again, if you're open to modding, I'd highly recommend using the restored content mod for KOTOR 2, but it's certainly not necessary to have a good time with it.
3. Lego Star Wars: The Complete Saga: If you're looking for a charming platformer that isn't too challenging but is still engaging enough to be a good fun time, this is a pretty solid option, but it's also kind of a neat look into some Star Wars history too. The original Lego Star Wars game, which had just the prequels, actually released a couple months before Revenge of the Sith did. You could totally have spoiled that entire movie for yourself just by playing that game. It makes for a neat little time capsule, in a way.
4. Empire at War & Galactic Battlegrounds Saga: If you're looking for a Star Wars RTS, these are both very good options. Empire at War is a pretty original game mechanically, and largely focuses on specifically the Empire vs Rebels, with both feeling really unique from each other. There's some DLC that adds a pirate faction and a new story, and overall the game is just pretty solid. Galactic Battlegrounds is more of an Age of Empires clone, but its also got a fair amount of uniqueness to it and a pretty large number of factions to have fun with. It's probably a bit less balanced overall, but it's definitely worth your time.
5. Republic Commando: Great storytelling, great gameplay, solid FPS with a lot of fairly unique features that involve commanding a small squad of surprisingly competent AI allies. It's one of the most well loved Star Wars titles for very good reason.
6. Pretty much any game that features Kyle Katarn: Kyle Katarn is a Star Wars character that often shows up in major roles in Star Wars games from a certain era, either as the player character or a major NPC, and pretty much every game that features him in it is pretty damn good. Some specific examples though that I'd recommend are Dark Forces, a pretty solid clone of Doom, and the Jedi Knight games
7. Force Unleashed: If you want to play a really solid action RPG where you play as a force sensitive character, and the Jedi Knight games are a little too old for you, Force Unleashed is one of the best alternatives you could go for. I'd also like to recommend Fallen Order here, if you want one that's a little more souls-like and don't care about which continuity you're playing in.
8. Revenge of the Sith on GBA: This is another pretty solid beat-em-up with some action RPG elements mixed in.
9. Pretty much any flight sim: You can't really go wrong with any of these, but Rogue Squadron and X-Wing are both particularly solid. I'm also gonna lump Racer in here, because it's similar enough and is pretty good as far as racing games go.
In general I think it's pretty hard to go wrong with Star Wars games for the most part, and I wish you luck on finding more you're fond of!
