Best 10 BEAT'M'UP Titles For You?

Hello pals, always yours truly here. ? Today I ask you the 10 best beat'm'up games in your opinion: honestly this was the best genre of games to play as a couple of players, against the CPU, in bars and arcades in the nineties.
Ohhh... so many beautiful memories! However, console titles are also fine and you can name them freely, especially since younger people have never known arcades. Two clarifications; 1) I mean horizontal scrolling games,  not fixed screen ones ( fighting games); 2) I mean the official original titles,  not those created by fans for  OpenBor or similar. Here they are:
1) Final Fight series (snes,arc);
2) Golden Axe series (md,arc);
3) Cadillac & Dinosaurs (arc);
4) Captain Commando (arc);
5) Street of Rage series (md,arc)
6) Sailor Moon series (arc, snes);
7) Double Dragon (arc);
8) Sengoku series (ng,arc);
9) TMNT (arc);
10) Violent Storm (arc);
Out of the ranking now came to my mind "The Simpsons", really bizarre and funny title.
Well, there are many other compelling and engaging ones, but I'll leave them to you to list. Do younger people still like these pseudo-3D games? Aren't they more beautiful and colorful than the more modern and realistic 3D ones?

if we could mod co-op story mode into the bouncer, i think we would have a very good game. otherwise, my go to is turtles in time on the snes. nice to see all the love for arcade cabinets, and sega. great lists!

I like Beat'em Ups a lot in concept, since they're such a pure distillation of what gaming is all about in my mind, same as shmups. In practice though I tend to bounce off of them more often than not.

That said, the ones I do like I like quite a lot.
