Thunder or Spurs to lose to my Knicks in the finals, who you got?

I always had a soft spot for the Pacers. Haliburton sure was a wild story last year, and well the Pacers were one of the teams to tank this year and they got screwed lol anyways uhh The Knicks are well they made it the finals for the first time since 1999. Wow that's a long time. The Spurs pushed a game seven. What a wacky series. Besides OKC flopping and doing armbars to Spurs players mainly Wemby around the basket. What was that? NBA became Pro Wres. The Spurs were miserable in game five.

I'd probably want the Knicks, why not! Give NYC some ball cheer. I really don't follow the NBA that much as I never heard of or at least didn't process Haliburton until last years playoffs (and I try to at least watch the Herd or Pardon the Interruption).

All my posts so far as referencing sports or fish. Not sure why I signed up here so far heh. I guess I have mentioned music once, but I digress.

Yeah the WCF has been a really uneven series. I think Spurs played well last night but I do think they rely too heavily on Wemby to win games, and I think it's clear he's getting exhausted which is a danger for them going into game 7. OKC are just frustrating to watch, they have a lot of talent but the flopping is ridiculous and takes away from the good stuff. I also follow soccer and flopping becoming so normalized hasn't been good for that sport at all, so they need to try and nip this in the bud for the NBA. As a Knicks fan, I hope Spurs win because although I could see us losing to them, at least it would be a fair game.

I had Game seven on in the background and it never got that close. The Spurs just imposed their will on Oklahoma. Wemby is so tall hah and he's shooting threes too! I thought in OKC they'd have a lot more trouble.

Well this is (actually) literally a rematch of 1999. I didn't realize the Spurs beat the Knicks back then (at first) in the Knicks last finals appearance. Geez. David Robinson was still playing. The Knicks had Latrell Spreewell!!!! Some of these names I have not thought of in a long while.

I just thought the history was interesting. I don't really have an NBA team or am invested 'that' much. I liked the Suns and the Pacers in the 90s, but now other than that weird anomaly of the Pacers last year (I was rooting for them in the playoffs. The Suns had a couple tries with Devin Booker). I was just posting here b/c I do like sports still I think, but a lot of the boards I couldn't post on yet haha and just the first post I made here was about the NBA JAM retrospective. I intended to talk about retro games and such initially.
