Ahhh yes, the lovely artbooks... archive.org once again doing a tremendous service. This site deserves to be protected.

Now if only I could find a scan of the Monster Hunter 1 strategy guide.

If you really like any of these books, DOWNLOAD THE FILES ASAP. Stuff gets removed from the Internet Archive all the time, and the site itself is constantly fighting losing battles against major copyright holders for continued existence. Don't rely on these things being around forever – trust me. ?

You absolutely right, the archive being down already shows it's fully capable of happening.

I wonder do they have the beatmania iidx artwork books by Goli Matsumoto? I really love that guys art despite being a rhythm game.

Exceedingly good point, man.

In Ross Scott's words:

"OH NO! THEY ARE HOSTING AN ILLEGAL COPY OF THE CONQUEST EARTH SCREENSAVER FROM 1997! SHUT IT DOWN!"

Thanks for making me aware of this, OP. I'm gonna add those to my growing Lunar collection!

This is all I could find :
Monster Hunter Portable official guide book 魔物獵人portable 完全攻略本 : 青文
Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate Bradygames Strategy Guide
Monster Hunter X complete Guide Book 怪物猎人 X 完全攻略本
Monster Hunter Rise Strategy Guide [モンスターハンターライズ 攻略ガイド] : KADOKAWA

More than 1,500 guides :

This is all I could find :
Your efforts are appreciated! These are for later entries to the series, but they are still quite lovely.

Rise is a recent title and it's pretty cute that they still make physical guides for some games these days. (Even if it is in JP!)

I feel like a dragon sitting on my hoard of art PDFs lol.

In fact there are many game guides available on
e-hentai
, if you use an app like hendroid on android you will be able to download the game in PDF or images.

Thank you kindly for this entire thread/post. Huge help to collect stuff like this (I've a friend getting into art and he's been looking for references/etc outside of his own material).

I've also stumbled across the following, to add my two cents into all this:

It includes the Phantasy Star Collection, which has artwork from the Phantasy Star I - IV games. I grew up on these, and figured it'd be good to share on here.

True. I was watching season 1 of Sukeban Deka on here and after about a week it was gone. There are also game manuals, a Nintendo Power archive and I got the Valiant Zelda comics from here.

Some official game anime arts I posted here comes from this site
