Are you sick of AI slop on YouTube? What can we do about it??

I use an rss reader to keep track of my youtube subscriptions, so I don´t get exposed to whatever slop the google algorithm wants to promote.
I think YouTube are planning to break those soon...

I don't excessively search YouTube, ever so my chances of discovering AI things is impossible. I always exclusively stay on the subscriptions section and only venture outside of that category when I see a video a friend of mine actively recommends because I trust the authenticity from them.

If I don't know the youtuber, I don't click. That's just how it is with me.

You mean this page, right?
I can't remember the last time I've seen this page ::sailor-embarrassed

The instant I open Youtube in any cases I just click on subscriptions and I'll only ever see videos from them, and then refresh the page every now and then for what's new from it.
