Anything New You're Looking Forward To?

Resident evil 9 i guess, there are not many games that I'm excited ( or at least not that I can think quickly)

Samurai Unicorn, Kero Quest 64, RE9, Maybe Onimusha (Only to get a feel for the franchise. TBH), and
Showa American Story.

I'm excited for a few fan translations as well that are (hopefully) close to being done: Captain Rainbow and Keroro RPG.

None that come to mind, haven't really been paying attention to new releases. Too many old games to play. However I am pretty hype for Alex's release in SF6 this March, if that counts. Gonna be playing that game again full-time once he's out.

I'm only excited for games that already came out that i haven't played yet.

In another note, i get excited;
1: When i see xKai after the reader mode thing, i go:

2: When i see people suspecting about Dany identity i go:

I genuinely stopped being hyped for new releases, even for translated games, as they tend to be botched as well... ::thinking

I'm more thrilled about my next JP lesson really... ::sailor-embarrassed

But if I were to be less jagged... I am looking for Yunyun Syndrome!? Rhythm Psychosis and Sister Other Paranoia

As well as holoVillage: Our Cozy Days cause I am curious about a Hololive themed Animal Crossing, DREADNOUGHT TARTARUS cause I love me some anime mecha games and finally PROJECT MIX cause I gave up on N1RV Ann-A: Cyberpunk Bartender Action... Sadly... I hope the devs are doing well tho...

800 hours of Totk and I'm still having fun.

Doing my run though

On top of that, I decided to play it with only 3 hearts, never use brightbloom seeds, and obtain all my clothing items in exactly the order I want them arranged, so that I can switch outfits easily or combine them without having to search all over for them. The game doesn't let you sort the inventory yourself, so it's either use the awkward sorting arrangement they've provided, or simply pick everything up in the order you want it arranged. 😅

It's a good way to turn a ridiculously easy game into literal hell. ::hellmo

Backlog hype:

Mystic Ark (SNES) - It's a "sequel" to one of my favorite RPG's ever, 7th Saga.

Hamtaro Ham-Ham Heartbreak (GBA) - I just love Hamtaro man.

Xenogears (PS1) - Heard about this banger my entire life, going to beat it this year.

Ghost Party (EasyRPG Player) - A ghostly MOTHER-like, probably peak.

Radiata Stories (PS2) - The manga, while unfinished, intrigued me enough to snag the ROM.

Just Ace Combat 8. Knowing Bandai Namco... the bar is nonexistence, so it won't be that hard to impress me but also mean it can ruin my week(s).

I'm more excited returning to old games April later for my yearly tradition.

Pragmata playing the demo and loved it.
Heroes of Might and Magic: Olden Era played the demo and loved it.
Forza Horizon 6 "loved 4 and 5 and 6th is set to be in japan "man I prey they add Kei cars"
Vindictus: Defying Fate rely enjoyed they play test
Underkeep looks like an intresting game.
Persona 4 Revival
Palworld: Palfarm
Starsand Island played the demo and enjoyed it
Moomintroll: Winter's Warmth "played demo do and liked it and I grew up with moomin so got a special play in my cold dead heart"
Styx: Blades of Greed "It´s bloody styx do I need to say more ?
Goblin Vyke: The Thief Tycoon "played the demo and like it" Also love Goblins.

I want to like Resident evil Requiem but im on the fence I might do like I did with RE7 and village and get it for 9 bucks on sale. I love Leon is back shame is not the main MC becuse I don´t care about Alyssa Ashcroft bloody daughter. Sure it´s nice to see they remeber Resident evil outbrek files but honestly what I hope and pray for is Code Veronica remake.

They can take their Ashcroft and go away. Either you let me play as Leon or Chris or Jill or Rebecca or go to hell.

Newer games I highly doubt I could run but some would slip through the cracks. I'm looking forward to a Metroidvania called Ariana and Elder Codex. What I'm quite excited for is the Decompilation Scene and the retro console-only games I'd get to play. I hope to WiiU and Vita games natively on PC. ::winkfelix

@stealthRUSH

I'ma need that new JSR and Crazy Taxi injected right into my jugular ASAP, can't wait to see what SEGA's been cooking on that front. (fingers crossed for a new NiGHTS too, or at least a remake of Journey of Dreams)

Edit- Oh yeah, I can't wait to see more of that Project Robot game made by the Shadow of the Colossus peeps. Pragmata looks awesome too.

Have you played Bomb Rush Cyber Funk yet? That should hold you for a while. If you have not. I get your pain as I'm still waiting on that 3d Streets of Rage and 3D Golden Axe.
I have! Bomb Rush is great. That reminds me, they're making a sequel to it called Hyperfunk, also very excited for that!!

Dragon Quest VII: Reimagined is pretty much the only game I can think of that comes out soon.

I'm more interested in my backlog right now.
